It also encompasses underwriting services and specialized leasing for sectors like construction machinery, transportation equipment, industrial machinery, medical devices, and aircraft. Global Markets Business Unit: This segment is focused on delivering market-based solutions through foreign exchange products, derivatives, bonds, equities, and other tradable financial instruments. Additionally, it plays a key role in the company's asset liability management strategies. Beyond these core divisions, Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group also provides services such as credit card issuance, internet banking platforms, system development and engineering, data processing, management consulting, economic research, and investment advisory and trust management services.
