CFT8919, an orally available, allosteric, and mutant-selective BiDAC degrader specifically targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) with an L858R mutation in NSCLC. Their early-stage pipeline also features RET degraders for various forms of cancer. C4 Therapeutics, Inc. has formed strategic partnerships with F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., Biogen MA, Inc., and Calico Life Sciences LLC. The company was established in 2015 and its headquarters are located in Watertown, Massachusetts.
