It also provides sophisticated risk management products, utilizing derivatives across interest rates, equity, credit, currency, and commodities, in addition to foreign exchange, fixed-income, and mortgage-related instruments. As of December 31, 2021, Bank of America served approximately 67 million consumer and small business clients. Its vast network comprised around 4,200 retail financial centers, roughly 16,000 automated teller machines (ATMs), and digital banking platforms accessed by approximately 41 million active users.
