Furthermore, the company undertakes significant water infrastructure projects, including dams and various tunneling works utilizing TBM, M-TBM, NATM, and Box Pushing methodologies. Its capabilities also cover coastal and marine engineering, delivering breakwaters, piled approach trestles, steel piles and bored casts, undersea ground improvement, dredging and land reclamation, and coastal erosion protection with rock bunds. Cemindia provides civil works for large industrial facilities, including refineries, petrochemical, power, steel, and fertilizer plants, alongside the design, construction, supply, installation, and commissioning of pipelines. The firm is also involved in operating water and wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. A new strategic initiative sees the company developing state-of-the-art data centers, offering integrated solutions tailored for critical sectors. The company serves a diverse client base, including state and central government departments, ministries, local municipal bodies, and private enterprises. Established in 1931 and based in Mumbai, India, the company currently known as ITD Cementation India Limited will officially adopt the name Cemindia Projects Limited in August 2025. As of August 8, 2025, Cemindia Projects Limited is scheduled to operate as a subsidiary of Renew Exim DMCC.
