About Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited, founded in 1979 in Mumbai as a subsidiary of Deep Onshore Services Private Limited, serves the global oil and gas industry by providing extensive offshore and marine services. Its operational reach spans India, Thailand, Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia, Africa, and various other international regions. The company offers a comprehensive array of diving and underwater services, which includes subsea construction, modification, and redevelopment of existing facilities; conducting pre-engineering surveys; providing diving support for pipe laying and stabilization; and performing inspection, maintenance, and repair of platforms, tie-ins, risers, and conductors. Their capabilities further extend to underwater ship repair, rig support diving (including UWILD surveys), and specialized subsea installations, utilizing air, mixed gas, and saturation diving techniques. Beyond subsea operations, Dolphin Offshore excels in onshore and offshore procurement, fabrication, installation, hookup, and commissioning of plants and equipment, in addition to executing turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects and offering design engineering expertise. A significant part of their business involves robust rig and ship repair services, covering emergency repairs (both afloat and in dry dock), underwater propeller cleaning, hull painting, plating, piping, and structural repairs. They also handle the overhaul or replacement of engines, various rig components like shale shakers and jacking units, high-pressure piping, and critical electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems, alongside refurbishing accommodation quarters. Complementing these core services, the company provides vessel operations and management, marine logistics, electrical and instrumentation services, and the distribution of spare parts.
