About Enable Midstream Partners, LP

Enable Midstream Partners, LP is a U.S.-based entity dedicated to the ownership, operation, and expansion of critical midstream energy infrastructure. The enterprise functions through two primary business units: Gathering and Processing, and Transportation and Storage. The Gathering and Processing segment specializes in the collection, treatment, and fractionation of natural gas across the Anadarko, Arkoma, and Ark-La-Tex basins, alongside crude oil gathering services within the Bakken Shale formation of the Williston Basin, all for its various producer clients. Conversely, the Transportation and Storage segment provides comprehensive interstate and intrastate natural gas pipeline transmission and storage solutions to a diverse clientele, including natural gas producers, public utility providers, and industrial operations. Enable's natural gas gathering and processing facilities are strategically located across Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, while its crude oil gathering assets are situated in North Dakota. Its extensive natural gas transportation and storage network stretches from western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle into Louisiana, links Louisiana to Illinois, covers key areas within Oklahoma, and connects Louisiana to Alabama. By the end of 2018, the company's vast portfolio of energy assets encompassed approximately 13,900 miles of gathering pipelines; 15 processing plants boasting a combined daily capacity of 2.6 billion cubic feet; around 7,800 miles of interstate pipelines; roughly 2,300 miles of intrastate pipelines; and 8 natural gas storage sites with a total holding capacity of 84.5 billion cubic feet. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Enable Midstream Partners, LP operates as a subsidiary of Centerpoint Energy Resources Corp.
