About Immunocore Holdings plc

Immunocore Holdings plc, a biotechnology firm established in 1999 and based in Abingdon, United Kingdom, has reached the commercial stage in its mission to create pioneering immunotherapies. The company's development pipeline addresses a range of serious conditions, including various cancers, infectious diseases, and autoimmune disorders. Its currently marketed product, KIMMTRAK, offers a treatment option for patients with uveal melanoma that is either unresectable or has metastasized. Within oncology, Immunocore is progressing IMC-C103C through early-stage (Phase I/II) dose escalation trials for several solid tumor types, notably non-small-cell lung (NSCLC), gastric, head and neck, ovarian, and synovial sarcoma cancers. Another key oncology program, IMC-F106C, is also in Phase I/II dose escalation studies for a diverse array of solid malignancies, including NSCLC, small-cell lung, endometrial, ovarian, cutaneous melanoma, and breast cancers. For infectious diseases, the company is advancing IMC-I109V in Phase I/II clinical trials for chronic hepatitis B virus, alongside IMC-M113V, which is undergoing preclinical development for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).
