They also specialize in commercial mortgage loans for diverse sectors like consumer, energy, healthcare, industrial, public sector, real estate, and technology. Beyond its core banking activities, KeyCorp is involved in community development financing, securities underwriting, brokerage, and investment banking services. As of December 31, 2021, KeyCorp maintained a significant physical presence, operating nearly 1,000 branches and over 1,300 ATMs across 15 states. Customers can also access services through additional offices, comprehensive online and mobile banking platforms, and a dedicated telephone banking call center.
