Cash management solutions include third-party certificates of deposit, while a comprehensive selection of both proprietary and third-party mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are available, complete with trading and clearing services. Furthermore, it offers various advice solutions, including managed portfolios featuring both Schwab's and external mutual funds and ETFs, separately managed accounts, customized personal financial guidance, and specialized portfolio management and planning. The segment also extends banking products such as checking and savings accounts, first-lien residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and pledged asset lines. Its trust services encompass trust custody, personal trust reporting, and administrative trustee functions. As of December 31, 2021, the company maintained a significant physical presence, with approximately 400 domestic branch offices spanning 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, along with additional locations in Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The Charles Schwab Corporation, established in 1971, maintains its corporate headquarters in Westlake, Texas.
