Motorcycle applications feature disc brake calipers, pads, and master cylinders. Beyond road vehicles, Akebono also supplies braking solutions for rolling stock, such as disc brakes and linings for high-speed bullet trains, conventional trains, and monorails, alongside brake shoes for general railroad stock. The company further extends its expertise to industrial machinery, offering drum brakes for forklifts, clutch facings for car air conditioners, elevator brake shoes, and robust disc brakes for wind turbine generators and rough terrain cranes.
