About Avaya Holdings Corp.

Avaya Holdings Corp., through its various subsidiaries, offers a broad spectrum of digital communication products, advanced solutions, and supporting services to businesses worldwide. The company's operations are segmented into two core areas: Products & Solutions, and Services. The Products & Solutions division is responsible for providing foundational platforms, applications, and devices for unified communications and collaboration (UCC) as well as contact centers (CC). Key among these are its Avaya OneCloud UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) offerings, which equip organizations with an integrated application for all communication needs – including calling, messaging, meetings, and team collaboration – designed for an intuitive, consumer-like experience. Additionally, it delivers Avaya OneCloud CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions, enabling clients to develop bespoke application portfolios that enhance customer engagement and value. These solutions incorporate a wide array of communication channels such as voice, email, chat, social media, and video, alongside performance management tools and third-party integration capabilities. This segment also includes Avaya OneCloud CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) solutions, which merge cloud technology with its communication platforms, allowing developers to embed both UCC and CC functionalities directly into internal applications and customer-facing workflows. The Services segment provides global technical support, comprehensive enterprise cloud and managed services, and specialized professional services. Beyond software and services, Avaya also supplies essential business hardware, such as IP-enabled telephones, multimedia devices, and conferencing systems. The company distributes its solutions both directly through its own sales teams and indirectly via an extensive network of channel partners, which includes distributors, service providers, dealers, value-added resellers, system integrators, and other business associates. A significant strategic collaboration with RingCentral, Inc. is in place to accelerate Avaya's transition to cloud-based technologies. Avaya Holdings Corp. maintains its corporate headquarters in Durham, North Carolina.
