About Celularity Inc.

Celularity Inc., a biotechnology company actively engaged in clinical trials, specializes in developing "off-the-shelf" allogeneic cell therapies sourced from placentas. These innovative treatments are designed to address a range of serious conditions, including various cancers, immune system dysfunctions, and infectious illnesses. The company's business activities are categorized into three main divisions: Cell Therapy, Degenerative Disease, and BioBanking. Among its leading therapeutic candidates, CYCART-19, a placental-derived CAR-T therapy, is currently in Phase I trials for treating B-cell malignancies. CYNK-001, an unmodified natural killer (NK) cell also derived from placentas, is undergoing Phase I trials for acute myeloid leukemia and a Phase I/IIa trial for glioblastoma multiforme and COVID-19. Another investigational therapy, CYNK-101, an allogeneic genetically modified NK cell, is in Phase I for HER2-positive gastric and gastroesophageal cancers. Moreover, two placenta-derived mesenchymal-like adherent stromal cell therapies, APPL-001 (for Crohn's disease) and PDA-002 (for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy), are progressing through pre-clinical development. In addition to its therapeutic pipeline, Celularity sells and licenses products like Biovance and Interfyl, which are utilized in surgical and wound care markets. The company also operates a service under the LifebankUSA brand, focusing on collecting stem cells from umbilical cords and placentas and providing secure storage for these cells. Celularity Inc. was founded in 2016 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey.
