Forbo Holding AG, an international enterprise established in 1928 and headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of flooring solutions, construction adhesives, and industrial power transmission and conveyor belt systems. The company operates through two primary segments: Flooring Systems and Movement Systems. The Flooring Systems division focuses on the development, production, and sale of a broad array of floor coverings. The Movement Systems division, operating under the Siegling brand, furnishes a comprehensive selection of industrial belting. This offering includes conveyor belts, processing belts, plastic modular belts, power transmission belts, and timing and flat belts. These advanced belting solutions are integral to a wide array of industrial, commercial, and service-based operations, for example, in food processing lines, fitness studio treadmill systems, and mail distribution centers.
