About Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., along with its various subsidiaries, holds the exclusive rights to develop, manage, and maintain numerous airports throughout Mexico. The company oversees 13 international airports, located in significant cities such as Monterrey, Acapulco, Mazatlán, Zihuatanejo, Ciudad Juárez, Reynosa, Chihuahua, Culiacán, Durango, San Luis Potosí, Tampico, Torreón, and Zacatecas. Its core aeronautical services encompass a range of provisions for passengers and aircraft, including passenger processing, landing and parking facilities, boarding and unloading support, passenger jet bridge access, and airport security measures. Complementary services offered include leasing premises to airlines, cargo handling, baggage screening, both permanent and temporary ground transportation solutions, and managing access rights. The company further generates revenue through non-aeronautical services, which involve leasing commercial spaces to retailers, restaurants, and other businesses within its airports, as well as operating parking facilities and advertising. Diversification efforts include the operation and leasing of industrial parks, various real estate services, and specialized hotel and air cargo logistics. Additionally, the company provides construction services. Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte has a strategic alliance with VYNMSA Desarrollo Inmobiliario, S.A. de C.V. to construct and operate an industrial park adjacent to the Monterrey airport. Founded in 1998, the company's corporate headquarters are situated in Mexico City, Mexico.
