The Multiplatform Group encompasses broadcast radio stations, sponsorship opportunities, and the organization of live and virtual events. It oversees Premiere Networks, a national radio network responsible for creating, distributing, or representing approximately 120 syndicated radio programs and services to roughly 6,400 affiliated stations. As of December 31, 2021, the Multiplatform Group owned a total of 863 radio stations, specifically 249 AM and 614 FM stations. The Digital Audio Group focuses on offering podcasting services, digital platforms, newsletters, and a variety of digital services and programs. A significant component of this group is iHeartRadio, a mobile application and web-based service that grants access to conventional radio stations, digital-exclusive stations, personalized artist channels, and podcasts. The Audio and Media Services Group specializes in media representation activities. This segment also furnishes extensive cloud-based and on-premise broadcast software solutions, including automation systems for radio and television, music scheduling, newsroom automation, advertising sales management, and disaster recovery. Additionally, it provides real-time audio recognition technology. These services are supplied to approximately 10,000 radio and television stations, cable channels, record labels, advertisers, and agencies, alongside offering media streaming and research capabilities.
