The Company has chosen to be taxed as a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), complying with the definitions provided in Subchapter M of the amended Internal Revenue Code of 1986. A total of 100,000,000 shares are authorized for issuance. This total comprises 80,000,000 shares of common stock and 20,000,000 shares of preferred stock, each possessing a par value of $0.0001. Our business operations began on February 28, 2013, and our fiscal year ends annually on June 30.
