The Manage segment offers a suite of software for property and facility administration. This includes commercial property management services via the Crem brand, along with modular and integrated solutions for comprehensive property, facility, and workplace management offered through Spacewell, which also incorporates an intelligent smart building platform. Customers comprise facility and property managers, financial institutions, and insurance and property firms. Finally, the Media & Entertainment segment, primarily featuring Maxon's renowned software, delivers powerful tools for 3D modeling, animation, rendering, and visual effects. These capabilities are extensively utilized in film, television, advertising, and video game productions, as well as in specialized applications like medicine, product design, and infographics.
