Oji Holdings Corporation is an international enterprise, operating across Japan and other global markets, primarily engaged in the comprehensive pulp and paper sector through its various subsidiaries. The company's extensive operations are structured into four key divisions: Household and Industrial Materials, Functional Materials, Forest Resources and Environment Marketing, and Printing and Communications Media. The Household and Industrial Materials division manufactures a broad spectrum of consumer and industrial goods, encompassing containerboard, corrugated containers, boxboard, folding cartons, diverse packaging papers, and paper bags. This segment also supplies essential household items such as disposable diapers, tissue paper, toilet rolls, kitchen towels, wet wipes, and face masks. Its Functional Materials segment specializes in advanced products like specialty papers, thermal papers, adhesive solutions, and films. The Forest Resources and Environment Marketing division is responsible for sustainable forestry management, the provision of pulp, energy generation, lumber processing, and the supply of fuels and chemicals, in addition to offering other essential raw material procurement services. Lastly, the Printing and Communications Media segment supports the publishing industry by providing newsprint, as well as papers for general printing, publications, and communication purposes. Beyond its core paper activities, Oji Holdings also holds interests in other sectors, including real estate, engineering, trading, and logistics. The corporation, originally known as Oji Paper Co., Ltd., adopted its current name, Oji Holdings Corporation, in October 2012. Founded in 1873, Oji Holdings Corporation is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
