Old National Bancorp serves as the parent entity for Old National Bank, offering a comprehensive suite of financial products and services to both individual consumers and commercial clients across the United States. Its deposit options span non-interest-bearing demand accounts, interest-bearing checking, negotiable order of withdrawal (NOW) accounts, savings and money market accounts, and various time deposits. The company also provides a wide range of lending solutions, including home equity lines of credit, residential and commercial real estate loans, consumer loans, commercial financing, letters of credit, and lease arrangements. For customer convenience, it issues debit and ATM cards, and supports banking through telephone access, online platforms, and mobile applications. Beyond traditional banking, Old National Bancorp delivers specialized services such as cash management, private banking, brokerage, trust and investment advisory services, alongside wealth management, investment solutions, and foreign currency exchange. Its corporate services further extend to treasury management, merchant services, health savings accounts, and capital markets offerings, coupled with community development lending and equity investment programs. As of December 31, 2021, Old National Bancorp operated 162 banking centers, primarily concentrated in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The company was established in 1834 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Evansville, Indiana.
