The bank's offerings include a broad spectrum of banking and financial products. These cover standard savings accounts, various loan options such as financing for motorcycles, cars, housing, working capital, and investments, as well as investment vehicles like mutual funds and bonds. BCA also facilitates electronic money transactions, issues credit cards, and provides business collection services. Its digital presence is strong, featuring online and mobile banking platforms, alongside remittance and dedicated customer support services. Beyond these core offerings, the company engages in specialized financing (including auto, multipurpose, and operating lease), money lending, securities brokerage and underwriting, various insurance products (general and life), Sharia-compliant banking services, and venture capital activities. As of December 2021, BCA maintained a significant physical footprint, operating 1,334 offices—consisting of 137 main branches, 1,105 permanent sub-branches, 70 mobile sub-branches, and 22 functional offices. This network was further supported by an extensive fleet of 18,034 automated teller machines (ATMs), which included both cash recycling and multi-functional units. Established in 1955, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. It operates as a subsidiary wholly owned by PT Dwimuria Investama Andalan.
