For glaucoma and ocular hypertension, their drug candidates encompass DE-111, currently undergoing Phase III clinical evaluation; DE-117, which is available in Japan; DE-126, now in Phase IIb trials; DE-128, being developed for European markets and also in Phase II/III trials within the United States; and DE-130A, another compound advancing through Phase III clinical trials.
