Spyre Therapeutics, Inc. is a biotechnology firm operating at the preclinical stage, dedicated to creating innovative treatments for individuals afflicted with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Among its pipeline candidates is SPY001, a human monoclonal immunoglobulin G1 antibody specifically engineered to target and bind with the a4ß7 integrin.
