About TruBridge, Inc.

TruBridge, Inc. delivers a comprehensive suite of healthcare solutions and services to community hospitals, clinics, and various medical facilities, both within the United States and globally. Its operations are structured around three core divisions: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Electronic Health Record (EHR), and Patient Engagement. The company places a strong emphasis on its RCM offerings, which are designed to integrate seamlessly with any primary healthcare information solutions provider. These offerings are complemented by business management, consulting, managed IT services, and sophisticated analytics and business intelligence tools. Its extensive RCM services span the entire revenue cycle, including patient liability estimates, eligibility verification, precise claim scrubbing and submission, remittance and denial/audit management, and contract management. Further capabilities include accounts receivable management, private pay services, medical coding, specialized revenue cycle consulting, and a range of additional insurance and patient billing services. TruBridge also provides specialized acute care solutions and associated services for community hospitals and physician clinics. Moreover, it leverages patient engagement and empowerment technologies to enhance patient outcomes and improve interaction strategies with care providers. Beyond these, the company offers general consulting and business management expertise, managed IT services, encoder solutions, patient management, financial accounting, and a suite of clinical, patient care, and enterprise applications. Its flagship TruBridge HER platform is a robust offering, encompassing total system support, access to national client conferences, continuing education resources, regular software releases, hardware replacement, and cloud-based electronic health record functionality, all built upon a secure public cloud infrastructure. Additionally, TruBridge supplies post-acute care software systems with comprehensive support and maintenance, alongside innovative tools like InstantPHR (an interactive patient portal) and CHBase, which efficiently centralizes data from diverse sources. Founded in 1979, the company recently underwent a rebranding from Computer Programs and Systems, Inc. to TruBridge, Inc. in March 2024. Its corporate headquarters are located in Mobile, Alabama.
