The Ingredients arm focuses on producing specialized components such as baker's yeast, various bakery ingredients, enzymes, lipids, yeast extracts, and unique cereal preparations. The Retail segment, operating through its well-known Primark and Penneys chains, is dedicated to sourcing and selling fashion apparel and accessories. Their extensive offerings span women's, men's, and children's clothing, footwear, various accessories, homeware essentials, and skincare products. Founded in 1935, ABF maintains its corporate headquarters in London, United Kingdom. Associated British Foods plc functions as a subsidiary of Wittington Investments Limited.
