About Ebara Corporation

Ebara Corporation, founded in Tokyo, Japan in 1912, is a prominent manufacturer and supplier of industrial machinery. Its operations are organized into three primary divisions: Fluid Machinery & Systems, Environmental Plants, and Precision Machinery. The Fluid Machinery & Systems segment provides a comprehensive range of equipment for various applications. This includes a diverse array of pumps (such as large-scale, high-pressure, API-compliant, cryogenic, and standard models), along with blowers and fans, primarily serving water and energy facilities. It also supplies centrifugal and axial compressors, steam turbines, and gas expanders to the oil refining and petrochemical industries. Additionally, this division offers various chilling solutions, including centrifugal, absorption, and screw modular chillers, as well as both square and round cooling towers. The Environmental Plants business is dedicated to the full lifecycle of environmental infrastructure. This encompasses the design, construction, upkeep, and operational oversight of facilities such as municipal solid waste incineration power plants, diverse waste treatment and recycling centers, and biomass-fueled power generation sites. Finally, the Precision Machinery segment develops and provides advanced technological products. Its offerings include chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) systems, plating systems, bevel polishing equipment, and gas abatement systems, alongside dry vacuum and turbomolecular pumps, and other essential semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
