About Ebara Corporation

Established in 1912 and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Ebara Corporation is a key manufacturer and supplier of industrial machinery. The company's operations are divided into three core divisions: Fluid Machinery & Systems, Environmental Plants, and Precision Machinery. The Fluid Machinery & Systems segment provides a wide variety of equipment for water and energy infrastructure, including numerous types of pumps—such as large, high-pressure, API, cryogenic, and standard models—as well as blowers and fans. It also supplies centrifugal and axial compressors, steam turbines, and gas expanders, primarily for oil refining and petrochemical applications. Furthermore, this division offers various cooling solutions, including centrifugal, absorption, and screw modular chillers, alongside square and round cooling towers. Through its Environmental Plants Business, Ebara is involved in the comprehensive lifecycle management of environmental facilities, encompassing design, construction, maintenance, and operational oversight. This includes power generation plants that incinerate municipal solid waste, waste treatment and recycling facilities, and biomass power generation systems. Lastly, the Precision Machinery Business specializes in advanced technological products, particularly for the semiconductor industry. Its portfolio features chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) systems, plating systems, bevel polishing equipment, and gas abatement systems, in addition to specialized dry vacuum and turbo molecular pumps and other semiconductor manufacturing apparatus.
